Sorry for the lack of posting lovers, but my work experience/internship has been gobbling away at my energy and time. Oh and a lovely thing I like to call London Fashion Week. Having been given two uni assignments (streetstyle photography and an observational piece) I spent my whole weekend hanging around the venues and being too chicken to try and blag my way into shows, although I did get a standing seat at Michael van der Ham and Kinder Aguggini.
But let me just say this: Kate Lanphear, Anna dello Russo, Tommy Ton, Susie Bubble, Hamish Bowles, Kate Moss.
My little amateurish gaffing hopefully went unnoticed.
Being a very neglecting blogger all I can leave you with are these simple Marchesa dresses. Sorry.

How fabulously over the top is this Christian Siriano dress?

Oh Fashion Week, I love thee. Even after long hours of work and in desperate need of a back massage.

I Can't Think Of A Title Right Now.

Okay so I know I'm kinda spamming up the Editorial Gawker folder right now, but I will be going into semi hiatus mode soon (see a couple of posts below for the reason), so therefore I am posting a lot in one go and in a rather uncreative matter. Sorry folks. A working girl does what she can.
Anyway to conclude the accidental "all my favourite models who I solely post here non stop" rant, Miss Stone.
Lensed by Mert & Marcus and styled by Carine "I am so stylish I make Wintour look like a popsicle stick in a Primark dress"  Roitfeld for Vogue Paris March 2008. But considering how many smoking models are featured in her mag, I was surprised to learn that Roitfeld herself doesn't smoke. The French cliche has been destroyed my dear friends. Hmmm cigarettes...sorry I am just quitting and dreaming of Marlboro reds. Damn those addictive deathly sticks of tobacco.

Vogue UK May 2008

Natalia Vodianova photographed by Mario Testino and styled by Lucinda Chambers.
Okay so I don't really get the storyline here (Natalia tours Russia...and its showers?), but it's Natalia Vodianova. She could be posing in a garbage bag and make it work.

A Change Of Colour

Ah, is there anything Sasha can't pull off. Apparently not, because I can't imagine anyone looking that good with cherry red hair.
Photographed by Camilla Akrans and styled by Franck Benhamou for Numéro #86, September 2007.

The Last Days Of Summer

Just to give a little shout out to my readers, posting will become a bit irregular, as I have just started a month long internship as a stylist assistant at a television station, which although it's fun, is exhausting. And a new uni year starts soon, exciting stuff I tells ya.
Seeing as summer is drawing itself to an end (conclusion: warm summer days spent doing nothing, long summer nights spent drinking and socialising), I thought this editorial was fitting.
Oh how I start to long for some more days of sun rays.
Diego Diaz Marin photographs Caterine Maiorana in the epitome of chilled summer days.
